Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring a Site General Manager in San Bernardino, CA. You’ll essentially own your car wash, managing operations, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service and safety with central support. You’ll hire, train, coach, and develop a team to deliver a convenient, exceptional car wash experience.

Starting at $70,900 base salary per year, plus $1,500 monthly bonus at target performance. We offer health, 401(k), paid time off, and free car washes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 2 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
