Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead in Indianapolis to drive lead generation by engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods. You will promote our remodeling services, gather information, and schedule appointments while building rapport and representing a fast-growing company.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a friendly, outgoing personality, and reliable transportation. This is a full-time position (30 hours/week), with Monday–Friday schedules in a dynamic field

Qualifications

• Previous canvassing experience required.
• Full-time position (30 hours per week), Monday – Friday.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead conversations.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
• Engage professionally with homeowners, providing information and answering questions.
• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services and offerings.
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from prospects.
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to support team success.
