Bath & Cabinet Experts seeks a Canvassing Team Lead to generate leads by engaging homeowners and promoting our remodeling services. You will lead conversations, educate prospects on offerings, and book appointments while representing a rapidly growing company in the Midwest.

The role emphasizes professional outreach, a proactive team environment, and a strong focus on community engagement. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday schedules and outdoor field work.

• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead and drive conversations
• Confidence in striking up conversations and building rapport
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Previous canvassing experience required
• Full-time position (30 hours per week), Monday – Friday

Canvassing Team Lead

As a Canvasser for Bath & Cabinet Experts, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and generating leads by engaging directly with potential customers in your community. You'll be On the front lines, meeting homeowners, promoting our products and services, and gathering essential information to schedule appointments.
