Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and engaging homeowners in the Cleveland area. You will promote Bath & Cabinet Experts’ remodeling services, collect information, and schedule appointments, contributing to a growing Midwest home improvement company.

The role emphasizes outdoor, in-person outreach with a Monday–Friday full-time schedule and strong emphasis on customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to lead and drive conversations.
• Confidence in striking up conversations and building rapport.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing.
• Previous canvassing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods, introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners
• Engage professionally with homeowners, providing information and answering questions in a friendly, approachable manner
• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services, highlighting our offerings and expertise
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to contribute to team success
