Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts seeks a Canvassing Team Lead to generate leads by engaging homeowners and promoting our remodeling services. You will lead conversations, educate prospects on offerings, and book appointments while representing a rapidly growing company in the Midwest.

The role emphasizes professional outreach, a proactive team environment, and a strong focus on community engagement. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday schedules and outdoor field work.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead and drive conversations
• Confidence in striking up conversations and building rapport
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Previous canvassing experience required
• Full-time position (30 hours per week), Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods, introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners
• Engage professionally with homeowners, providing information and answering questions in a friendly, approachable manner
• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services, highlighting offerings and expertise
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to contribute to team success
