Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to engage homeowners in outdoor community outreach, generate leads, and schedule appointments. You will educate prospects about our bathroom and kitchen remodeling services, building brand awareness and gathering information for follow-up.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable walking outdoors, and capable of leading conversations with homeowners while delivering excellent service.

Canvassing Team Lead

As a Canvasser for Bath & Cabinet Experts, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and generating leads by engaging directly with potential customers in your community. You'll be On the front lines, meeting homeowners, promoting our products and services, and gathering essential information to schedule appointments. If you’re outgoing, enjoy connecting with people, and love working outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods, introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners
• Engage professionally with homeowners, providing information and answering questions in a friendly, approachable manner
• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services, highlighting our offerings and expertise
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to contribute to team success

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead and drive conversations
• Confidence in striking up conversations and building rapport
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods during canvassing
• Previous canvassing experience required
• Full-time position (30 hours per week), Monday – Friday
