Job summary

Grow Op Farms in Spokane Valley, WA seeks an entry-level Sanitation & Cultivation Technician. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing grow rooms between cycles to ensure biosecurity, plus assisting staff with plant care and harvest activities.

Pay is $18.63/hour with full-time hours (40/wk). No cannabis experience required; paid training provided. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and a consistent schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (Washington State I-502 requirement).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare grow rooms between cultivation cycles to maintain biosecurity and operational readiness.
• Sanitize cultivation equipment, tools, irrigation components, and work areas according to company SOPs.
• Dispose of plant waste and maintain a clean, organized cultivation facility.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Assist cultivation staff with plant husbandry, including transplanting, pruning, watering, feeding, trellising, scouting, and general crop maintenance as needed.
• Support harvest and post-harvest activities as assigned.
• Perform other cultivation and facility support duties as needed.

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week, Fri-Tue 5pm - 1:30am OR Sun-Thurs 5pm - 1:30am
