Job summary

Lamar Outdoor of Osage Beach is seeking an on-site Installer to join the Operations team in Osage Beach, Missouri. This full-time role involves installing and maintaining billboards, handling vinyls, and keeping structures and cosmetics in top condition.

You will work outdoors, sometimes at heights up to 200 feet, using ladders and tools. The position offers paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with match, and health plans; OSHA 10-hour training is required, CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A valid driver’s license is required
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls for billboard installation
• Build and install extensions on billboards
• Perform maintenance including tightening bolts and repainting steel structures
• Operate power/manual tools safely and attend safety meetings
• Take completion photos and document installations
