Lamar Advertising Company in Duluth, Minnesota is hiring a full-time Operations crew member to maintain billboards and support outdoor advertising campaigns for brands in Duluth and surrounding areas.

The role involves erecting/dismantling structures, vegetation maintenance, and equipment operation outdoors, with a focus on safety and reliability. A standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule applies, plus comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred certifications: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, or Rigging.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Maintain structures and vegetation; paint, repair walkways, trim trees, and mow lawns.
• Pre/post trip prep: fold/load billboard vinyl, document maintenance.
• Keep shop and yard organized; recycle old vinyl.
• Electrical maintenance: replace bulbs and fuses.
• Attend safety meetings and follow regulations.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
