Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Arlington, TX is hiring for a full-time Operations crew member to build and maintain outdoor billboard campaigns. The role involves outdoor, high-elevation work, safety compliance, and hands-on maintenance across structures and vegetation.

The position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule (6:30am-5:00pm) with an hourly range of $20-$22, 120 hours PTO, 12 paid holidays, comprehensive training, and competitive benefits including medical plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required
• Valid driver’s license required
• General knowledge of Lamar, DOT, OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to safely operate construction and vegetation equipment
• Ability to document installations with photos and logs
• Willingness to learn welding and torching
• Willingness to learn using a smartphone for job tasks

Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle billboard structures.
• Perform structure and vegetation maintenance, painting and repair work.
• Handle pre- and post-trip paperwork, load vinyl and maintain documentation.
• Keep shop and materials yard organized and recycle old vinyl.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance, replace bulbs and fuses.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety regulations.
• Take completion photos as proof of performance.
