AAAG-NEVADA LLC seeks a Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator to support field-based vehicle logistics and the auction process. You will coordinate, prepare, and execute fleet vehicles while ensuring accurate records and customer communication.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced auction setting. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in auction operations, fleet services, or logistics.
• Experience with vehicle inventory and customers in outdoor settings preferred.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of fleet lease sale-day activities.
• Input and maintain vehicle and pricing information in auction systems.
• Maintain vehicle files, eligibility, and sale documentation.
• Coordinate with title department to obtain necessary documents before auction.
• Review inventory and reports to identify discrepancies and verify readiness.
• Notify customers of sale run processes and timelines.
• Follow up on vehicle preparation, billing reconciliation, and missing information.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Keep accurate records and documentation per company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
