Qualifications

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, staying active, and leading by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

What You'll Do

Starting pay is based on values alignments (Professional and Friendly), leadership experience, technical ability, and overall fit for the role. Two pay increases are available within the first year through performance and development milestones.
