Job summary

Adams Outdoor Advertising in Bloomington, IL, is seeking energetic Account Executives to join the sales team. You will drive growth by selling dynamic outdoor campaigns to current and prospective advertisers in the Peoria/Normal/Bloomington area and beyond.

As part of the onboarding program, you will learn OOH advertising, participate in training sessions, and work with a mentor to develop the skills needed for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years direct media or relevant sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software and technology.
• Good working knowledge of marketing research.
• Willing to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Approach existing and new advertiser clients.
• Structure advertising packages across the product portfolio.
• Handle contracting, scheduling and collections tracking.
• Communicate sales projections and tracking with leadership.
• Collaborate with Account Executive colleagues to promote positive working environment.
• Liaise with Account Executives in other Adams Outdoor Advertising markets to identify potential opportunities.
