Camp Winadu seeks Adventure Staff to support the Aerial Adventure & High Ropes course, including planning, overseeing instructional periods and designing multi-day clinics. Staff will lead hikes, outdoor cooking, tent-building and more as part of an all-around outdoor curriculum.

During staff training, camp will cover safety certification costs. Throughout the summer, Adventure Staff also serve as Camp Counselors, engaging in activities from the Lake to the Pool and NFL Day, building leadership

Work as part of our Adventure Staff, focusing skills on our Aerial Adventure & High Ropes course. Our facility includes a two-level Aerial Adventure Course, Climbing Wall and Zip-line.

Assist in overseeing the planning and preparation of all activity area instructional periods, as well as designing multi-day clinic programs.

Our Outdoor Adventure program includes leading hikes at the State Forest, outdoor cooking, tent-building and more.

Camp Winadu will pay for all Adventure Staff to become safety certified during staff training at camp!

All Adventure Staff also work throughout the summer as Camp Counselors and take part in every part of the Winadu program from the Lake to the Pool, NFL Day to Shaving Cream Fights, gaining valuable leadership skills and networking opportunities for any career.

You will also have ample coaching and leadership opportunities with the ability to have a positive impact on kids and build their resume, no matter your major.
