A recreational activity center in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Outdoor Activities Supervisor to lead and guide front-line staff in land-based activities. This full-time position requires strong leadership and a focus on guest experience. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and training staff while fostering a dynamic outdoor environment. Ideal candidates should have leadership experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operational systems for low/high challenge courses and climbing walls.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.

• Responsible for daily operations of all Land activities.
• Manage an efficient operation and ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Ensure high safety standards and excellent guest experience.
• Involvement in maintenance and inspections of all activity equipment.
