Job summary

iCrossing, a Hearst-backed marketing and technology partner, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager in New York City to lead full-cycle recruiting across strategy, engineering, content, data and AI. This on-site role requires at least two days in the office weekly, partnering with leaders to translate needs into hiring plans.

You'll build pipelines, design assessments, manage offers and ensure a smooth pre-boarding experience, shaping our candidate journey and outcomes.

Qualifications

4+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting.
Experience across strategy/consulting, engineering, content, data/AI, or related areas.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into hiring plans and candidate personas.
Build proactive pipelines for passive and diverse talent; maintain talent communities.
Design recruiter screens, interview plans, and scorecards.
Create pre-boarding packages, manage offers and background checks.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with timely feedback.
Provide talent advisory to leaders and drive market intelligence.
Improve recruiting processes using data, AI, and automation.
Collaborate on other Hearst/iCrossing initiatives as needed.
