Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7-9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption.
• Experience using research, data, and experiments to adjust direction and prioritize value.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards."
• Up to 50% travel and hybrid office capability required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines, success measures, and learning window.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments to test key assumptions and inform investments.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and advise on continuation, pivot, or scale.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, support, controls, funding, and benefits after transfer.
