Job summary

EY is seeking an Outcome / Product Lead to own ventures from discovery through sustained business value. You will unite users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists to solve high-value problems with outcomes over outputs.

This role blends innovation, product management, and business transformation, emphasizing measurable impact and practical experimentation. The Challenger Core team builds reusable tools and guardrails to accelerate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption and measurable improvement.
• Evidence of using research, data, and experiments to change direction and prioritize value.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority over every contributor.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Experience preparing operating owners to sustain delivery, manage risk, and track benefits.
• Travel and On-site requirements: up to 50% travel and hybrid office requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and a learning window.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments that test critical assumptions and inform investments.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and manage escalation when needed.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and advise on continuing, pivoting, or scaling.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, support, controls, and funding after transfer.
