Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 7–9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation.
• Ownership from discovery through adoption with measurable impact.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, safeguards.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines and success measures.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments testing key assumptions and informing decisions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond formal authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and guide pivots or scale.
• Prepare owners to sustain adoption, support, controls, and benefits after transfer.
