Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption.
• Experience using research, data, and experiments to steer decisions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without full authority.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hybrid office presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines, success metrics, and learning windows.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments testing key assumptions and informing investment decisions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and decide whether to continue, pivot, or scale.
• Prepare business owners to sustain adoption, support, and benefits after transfer.
