Job summary

EY seeks an Outcome/Product Lead to own ventures from discovery to sustained value, coordinating users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists to deliver meaningful business impact. The role blends innovation, product management, and transformation, prioritizing outcomes over outputs.

You will shape strategy, measure outcomes with Product Insights, and prepare owners to sustain adoption and benefits after transfer. Travel up to 50% with hybrid office options across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7–9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption.
• Experience using research, data, and experiments to change direction and prioritize value.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and hybrid office capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and a learning window.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments that test key assumptions and inform decisions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes, surface unintended effects, and guide whether to continue, pivot, stop, or scale.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, support, controls, funding, and benefits after transfer.
