Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. in Hawaii is seeking a team leader to provide daily leadership, direction, and support to packing associates, line feeders and stackers, while maintaining a safe, organized, clean and efficient operation.

You will identify problems, implement corrective actions, enforce HACCP and food safety guidelines, and work with management to prioritize work and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of extensive produce knowledge or related industry experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate line staff to prioritize work and communicate issues.
• Assign crew to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure safety and food safety guidelines are followed.
• Address unsafe behavior and enforce HACCP and other guidelines.
