Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC, a Sonepar group company, is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Cranbury, NJ. You will oversee team leaders and warehouse staff, ensuring accurate picking/packing, safety, and quality control.

You will coordinate with maintenance to keep the Dematic system running, monitor staffing to meet orders, and communicate status to management. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to team leaders and warehouse associates who are assigned to pick and pack orders utilizing Dematic warehouse automation.
• Ensure that staff is appropriately trained in picking/packing, and quality control.
• Balance staffing needs while fulfilling customer orders
• Work closely with our maintenance mechanics to ensure that Dematic system is fully operational.
• Communicate status updates throughout the evening with the other shift supervisors and managers.
• Motivate employees to meet productivity goals and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
