Job summary

Beauty by Earth is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Specialist in Carrollton, TX. You will build replenishment, wholesale, and supplier shipments, ensuring accuracy in pallets, labels, and ERP entries before shipment.

You’ll work with our outbound and fulfillment teams, following documented procedures with training provided. A steady pace and attention to detail are essential, with forklift/reach truck certification encouraged.

Qualifications

1+ years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.
Experience preparing Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or wholesale shipments is a strong plus.
Comfortable using a WMS or ERP and handheld scanners.
Strong attention to detail; verify labels, counts, and paperwork before shipping.
Dependable, on-time, steady pace; forklift/reach truck certification or willingness to get certified.

Responsibilities

Replenishment shipments: build and ship Amazon FBA (US/Canada) and Walmart WFS replenishments to retailer requirements.
Wholesale & supplier shipments: pick, pack, and ship wholesale orders; internal shipments to suppliers.
Shipping & carriers: stage shipments, prepare bills of lading, support carrier pickups, load trailers, confirm counts.
Safety & teamwork: keep outbound area clean and organized; operate forklift/reach truck; support peak-period D2C fulfillment.
