Job summary

Milestone Staffing Services is seeking an Operations Team Member – Outbound in Stafford, TX. You will be part of a team handling picking, packing and processing of material, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all orders.

Key duties include locating materials, recording discrepancies in Smartsheet, auditing shipments, and ensuring pallets are correctly staged and documented. Prior MHE experience and SAP familiarity are preferred; strong attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Warehouse Operator or similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• PICKING: locate material, confirm orders, record discrepancies in Smartsheet, and clear carts of material.
• PACKING: audit shipments, attach packing lists, record weights/dimensions, and palletize correctly.
• PROCESSING: ensure shipments are PGI'd, printed lists attached, and move pallets to staging for auditing.
