Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking a Weekend Outbound Material Handler in Baytown, TX to ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately for Fri-Sun coverage. You will use handheld scanners and our ERP system, operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and prepare shipments in the SPS system.

The role requires safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to meet daily targets in a fast-paced distribution environment. A degree is not required, and 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution environment preferred (1 year+).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and scanners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking using handheld scanners and ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products securely using SPS system to ensure accurate orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to support overall operations.
• Adhere to company policies and be flexible to assist other departments.
