Job summary

iGate Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Stafford, Texas location. You will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, labeling, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to follow warehouse processes accurately. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload containers, pallets, boxes, and warehouse supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and cycle counts.
• Maintain proper stock placement and ensure items are stored correctly.
• Support returns handling and ensure returned items are checked and processed properly.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist team members and supervisors with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
