Job summary

Sysco Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to hand-build pallets and load trailers in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will follow pick sheets, ensure accurate product type and quantity, and label and stack pallets on trucks while maintaining strict food safety standards.

The role requires safe lifting, operation of forklift/pallet jack, adherence to procedures, and effective communication with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months warehouse experience preferred or equivalent.
• Forklift and pallet jack license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Read pick sheets and travel to warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
• Picks product type and quantity, labels, and loads pallets on trucks according to standards.
• Handle products and build pallets per food safety procedures and proper placement to minimize damage.
