Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Manager in California for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm. You will oversee key operations to maintain high service levels and safety while driving process improvements and staff development.

The role requires at least 4 years of related experience and proficiency with MS Office and scanner equipment. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred, and a flexible schedule including overtime may be

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Support quality policies and establish procedures to meet quality objectives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff effectively.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure standards, investigate root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
