Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Franklin, IN is hiring a Warehouse Outbound Manager for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role pays $70,000–$75,000 annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:30am to 7:30pm and exempt status.

You will oversee day-to-day planning and scheduling, ensure health and safety compliance, manage staffing and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge and knowledge of regulations are preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components and Manufacturing/Production.
