Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee daily logistics operations and coach staff. This is an exempt, salaried position with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule and flexibility for additional hours as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers
• Accountable for site KPI
• Maintain positive labor relations and safety initiatives
