Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an overnight Assistant Warehouse Manager (internally titled Customer Logistics Manager) to lead day-to-day operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role offers an exempt annual salary of $70,000–$75,000. The position will supervise staff, manage planning and scheduling, and ensure health and safety compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
• Logistics industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production.
• DOT Regulated.
