Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inbound warehouse/distribution center receiving operations.
• Lead and develop exempt and non-exempt staff to meet daily operational goals.
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling and ensure safety and compliance.
