Job summary

Local Crafts in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support the Outbound team in our warehouse. The Lead will own specialized order flows (Amazon, B2B, trade show shipments), troubleshoot on the spot, and also pick and ship orders when operations run smoothly.

The role requires at least three years in warehousing, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime and occasional

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience in picking, shipping or fulfillment.
Experience in a lead or mentor role preferred.
Knowledge of picking and shipping processes and quality standards.
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/WMS is preferred.
Clear communicator and able to guide team members mid-shift.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

Own and execute specialized order flows including Amazon, B2B, and trade show shipments.
Troubleshoot issues and guide the team in real time; escalate as needed.
Pick and ship orders alongside the team; maintain accuracy and quality.
Verify quantities and ensure order accuracy before staging.
Assist with packing and shipping operations as needed.
Report inventory discrepancies and uphold safety policies.
