RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Outbound Assistant Manager for the 1st shift to lead daily warehouse operations, scheduling, and outbound loading. The role oversees inventory control, dock processes, and yard checks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the shift.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience, a college degree or equivalent background in transportation/warehouse management, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a warehouse and inventory control systems.
• Proficient with Excel and general computer skills.
• Leadership of a team, multiple shifts, and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations on the designated shift, including scheduling staff hours and inbound/outbound loading.
• Oversee yard checks, trailer movement, and dock safety; ensure accurate inventory and order processing.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
