Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehousing management, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of management experience in warehousing.
• Experience supervising a staff of 30+ employees.
• College degree preferred or extensive background in transportation/warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations on the assigned shift.
• Schedule worker hours and oversee inbound/outbound loading.
• Maintain inventory counts and perform dock safety checks.
• Supervise carriers and ensure timely order processing.
• Train forklift operators and manage space utilization.
