Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an Outbound Agent in Las Vegas to contact prospective customers via outbound calls and promote marketed vacation packages to become owners.

You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, complying with QA and Do Not Call regulations, and participating in onboarding training. Strong communication and a hospitality or call center sales mindset will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months sales experience in a production driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong client focus.
• Experience with call center or hospitality sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls with the intent to sell marketed vacation packages.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Do Not Call Regulations.
• Set and review weekly performance goals.
