Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.
• Office-based in Sun Valley, CA; this is not a remote position.
• Ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients; no fear of cold calling.
• Introduce and promote services with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Build quick rapport with prospects and convert interest into leads.
• Overcome objections confidently and keep the conversation moving.
• Accurately log calls, feedback, and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales to improve scripts and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals.
