State Farm Agent is seeking a Telemarketer Team Member to promote our insurance products and services. You will conduct outbound calls, identify qualified leads, and maintain CRM-driven records while representing the agency at community events and in social campaigns.

You will support the growth of the agency by following up on leads, providing basic product information, and coordinating appointments for agents. Training and performance-based bonuses are included.

• Proven telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficient with CRM systems.
