Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years relevant administrative experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good writing and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound queue.
• File freight claims with inbound freight lines.
• Maintain location-to-location transfer report.
• Identify scheduled POs.
• Maintain reporting for indexing and PO compliance.
• Record and report all outbound freight discrepancies.
• Provide customer support.
• Other duties as assigned.
