Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is seeking an Outbound Support Admin to help our team deliver exceptional service. You will manage the outbound queue, file freight claims, and maintain transfer reports while handling customer inquiries during a Monday–Friday 10am–7pm schedule.

You bring at least two years of admin experience, solid MS Office skills, and strong written and verbal communication. We offer a supportive culture, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities within Sonepar's

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years relevant administrative experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Manage outbound queue
• File freight claims with inbound freight lines
• Maintain location-to-location transfer report
• Identify scheduled PO's
• Maintain reporting for indexing and PO compliance
• Record and report all outbound freight discrepancies
• Provide customer support
• Other duties as assigned
