Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Indianapolis to lead outbound warehouse activities, ensuring on-time order fulfillment and next-day delivery. You will develop the team, plan daily labor, and drive process improvements while managing costs and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing/logistics, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least three years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising employees or leading teams in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with WMS and proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and motivate staff.

The position requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and operating or working around warehouse equipment.
