Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group in Mantua Township, NJ, is seeking a Receiving Associate to ensure accurate intake of fresh floral products in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse.

You will count, label, and enter items into inventory, organize warehouse locations, and support picking while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

About The Role

The Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products within our warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and operational flow in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments to ensure accuracy and quality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35–36°F) for extended periods. The position is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
