Delaware Valley Floral Group seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Indianapolis to lead outbound warehouse activities, ensuring on-time order fulfillment and next-day delivery. You will develop the team, plan daily labor, and drive process improvements while managing costs and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing/logistics, strong leadership and analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least three years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising employees or leading teams in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with WMS and proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience handling perishable products preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or order pickers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop a team, set clear performance expectations.
• Oversee outbound order fulfillment for next-day delivery.
• Manage daily labor planning, workload forecasting, and staffing within budget.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and costs; seek process improvements.
• Provide training, tools, coaching, and feedback to employees.
• Develop Work Leaders and support succession planning.
• Coordinate with other supervisors, managers and departments.
• Maintain a safe, organized, productive environment amid seasonal changes.
