Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk in Las Vegas to prepare outbound orders, manage paperwork, and coordinate with carriers.You will interact with various teams, perform data entry in the WMS, and support warehouse operations on the floor as needed.

The role requires at least a 2-year background with SAP or similar WMS, English proficiency, and the ability to commute to the Las Vegas facility. Training on equipment is provided and benefits include health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experienced.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and supervise in the department, coordinating with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Enter data into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms.
• Occasionally operate on the warehouse floor and work with equipment operators.
