Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk in Las Vegas, NV to support outbound orders and paperwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work with carriers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires data entry into the warehouse management system, basic forklift/hand-truck operations (as certified), and accurate documentation such as BOLS and manifests. English proficiency and MS Outlook skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SAP or other WMS experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLs, delivery manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers and coordinate with supervisor and service teams.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and file documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified.
