Compensation: $60,000–$100,000+ (Initially contract and commission-only!)

Remote – Must overlap EST timezone by ±3 hours

R2G is seeking a resourceful Outbound Sales Specialist to enhance our client acquisition efforts. Your main task will be to identify and engage high-intent leads across freelance platforms, social media groups, and startup communities. The primary focus is pipeline generation—finding quality prospects and passing them to our closing team.

This position is fully remote and begins as commission-only, with a clear progression to hybrid compensation based on performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Apply to 20+ Upwork job posts daily with tailored outreach.
  2. Scrape and monitor Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn groups for leads.
  3. Join and engage in relevant Slack and Discord communities.
  4. Send 15–25 manual messages/comments daily to potential clients.
  5. Track job boards like WeWorkRemotely, AngelList, IndieHackers, GrowthMentor.
  6. Set alerts for keywords like “looking for agency” or “need help with ads”.
  7. Identify recently funded startups via Crunchbase/Tracxn and reach out promptly.
  8. Keep the closing team updated with detailed handovers.
Key Metrics
  • 100+ Upwork applications per week.
  • 30–50 outbound messages across social groups.
  • 75–100 total messages sent to job posters weekly.
  • 15–25 leads passed to closers weekly.
