Job Title: Sales specialist – eDiscovery

Location: Remote or In-Office

Compensation: 80K-130K (depending upon total sales experience) + Commission + Health Care Stipend

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales specialist with a strong background in eDiscovery sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new business and developing long-term client relationships in the legal and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the eDiscovery market, targeting corporations and law firms.
  • Support clients throughout the entire eDiscovery lifecycle: Digital Forensics & Investigations, Early Case Assessment, Data Processing, Hosting, Review, and Production.
  • Develop and manage a defined territory, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored service solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and submit bids for projects involving forensics, predictive coding, e-data processing, and other litigation support services.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records including opportunity tracking, customer details, timelines, and forecasting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Achieve sales targets while aligning with strategic objectives within assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in the eDiscovery industry.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development (hunting) and maintaining a client base.
  • Deep understanding of the eDiscovery process and litigation support technologies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Relativity is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
