What You’ll Do:

• Proactively identify prospective clients through directories, referrals, conferences, and trade shows
• Initiate conversations to understand client needs and align them with our services
• Distribute branded materials at events and engage decision-makers
• Develop and present customized proposals that highlight our HR and staffing solutions
• Communicate pricing, contract terms, and timelines clearly and confidently
• Build long-term relationships by recommending services tailored to each client’s needs
• Commission-based role with a starting rate of 5% on all closed sales
• Opportunity to earn up to 10% based on performance and tenure
• Total flexibility: Work remotely, set your schedule, and define your strategy
• Be part of a passionate team driving innovation in HR management and staffing

Ideal Candidates Are:

• Strong communicators with B2B or service sales experience
• Independent, resourceful, and goal-driven
