WebCreek is currently seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will focus on outbound cold calling, reaching out to a curated list of potential clients to schedule introductory calls with our sales team.

This is a remote, full-time position with working hours in the CST time zone, and it is open to candidates based in Latin America.

What You’ll Do

• Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted contacts.
• Engage prospects professionally and persuasively.
• Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments.

What You Have

• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while following provided scripts and guidelines.
