Outbound Sales Representative (Native English Speaker)

Look no further! If you are a native English speaker and a highly motivated professional passionate about sales, we want to meet you. WebCreek is currently seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will focus on outbound cold calling, reaching out to a curated list of potential clients to schedule introductory calls with our sales team.

This is a remote, full-time position with working hours in the CST time zone, and it is open to candidates based in Latin America.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted contacts.
  • Engage prospects professionally and persuasively.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments.

What You Have

  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently while following provided scripts and guidelines.
